Thanks for that. I've delayed getting another Barclays card but cheaper DEN-CLE nonstops than United AND UA's killing their hub there.

Just a data point - I have the USAir card thru Barclays and have thankfully had no issues. Others have not enjoyed that particular issuer. I've also been cautious about how this transition to LCC will play out. Morale on our last flights seemed l-o-w among the crew.
