Actually, I'm pretty sure the 700/900 cabin floors are lower than the 200, providing more headroom when walking around and easier to see out the window. Also doesn't DL have EC in the 700/900? So more headroom + more seat pitch = a pretty definite improvement.

Added: Not disputing that the CRJ900 is worse than the E175, but I would still take the 900 any day over the 200.
