Well, Victoria makes sense -- there is quite a large Chinese population out there with ties to TW.

I agree that I'm surprised I don't see Calgary on the list but rather Saint John (which is not the capital of NB -- Fredericton is ) which is possibly explained with Anne -- but in that case, why not codeshare to Moncton as it's closer to the Confederation Bridge which would allow for a faster connection to PEI? Or even codeshare to Halifax?
