Went to 3 different V**s today in SoCal, none had the new card but one did let me buy the old version with a cc. It took a manager override and the manager was hesitant even asking how I was paying for it. Doesn't seem like it can be a consistent source but they all had $950s. Going to keep looking for new cards to see if it's a bit easier.
