if you are having problems logging into to your AAdvantage account either via the aa.com website or via mobile app, good luck.
American's website has a banner acknowledging the problem: "We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with AAdvantage login and requesting a password. For immediate assistance, Contact AA. We apologize for any inconvenience."
I am unable to check-in for my flight tomorrow as a result
