ANS - Your Brands count resets to zero although 36 roll over, so yes 4more nights AT 4 DIFFERENT BRANDS (Paid or reward or PB's) would meet the 40nights + 4 brands goal

Lastly, if I begin 2015 with 60 rolled-over nights, do all of my nights in 2015 immediately become roll-overs for 2016?
ANS - Rollovers only carry one year, so those 60nights whilstgetting you Plat next year don't rollover but any stayed nights should rollover
