BA holidays Avios & missing hotel Avios
2 questions (couldn't find an obvious answer).
I did a BA holiday booking in January (first time) for flight & hotel and it said something like 1,310 bonus Avios. I haven't received any credit (apart from for the flights). I assume it's not hidden in the flight Avios but should be a separate line? How long does it usually take (trip was booked 4 weeks ago and taken 2 weeks) and/or do I need to do anything else?
I stayed twice in the same Renaissance hotel in Brussels in last few months, gave them my BA number but have not received a credit. ba.com says I need to send in receipts - is that really necessary? I got electronic copies of the check-out receipt but feels a bit backward / hassle to print, find an envelope, find a stamp etc and them in physically?
