Not a lot of practical differences. Some lounges have better view than others. Food & beverage is similar in all. All have showers (generally with long queues).

SEN lounges are for Star gold and non-LH/LX Star Alliance first class passengers (LH/LX first class passengers use the HON lounges).

Business lounges are for Star Alliance business class.

There are several of each of these lounges - because the airport is huge.
