Fai-Sea
Fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage patty and what I believe was a polenta cake. The polenta cake was covered in a tomato sauce. The eggs were the typical dried out scrambled eggs you would get on a plane but overall I thought it was a pretty good breakfast.

PDB was water, POG juice or POG mamosas.
The salad ended up being pretty good after the FA came around and spooned on the dressing that was initially left off. Might have been some of the best salad dressing I've ever had in the air or on the ground.
I had the Short Rib and the menu was wrong it calling it Ribs since we only had one on the plate. Good but felt we could have gotten another Rib or two. Desert was dried out and I think only about 1/4 of the cabin ended up getting it. Had a couple of bites and didn't eat the rest.
