Got my Simple card today and am pleased to employ it in the circle of life...
Namely, decreasing the cash deposits required from MVDx3, Buxx, and so forth activities (I detest WM BP process... namely cashiers...).
Everything I've read and imagine about red flags surrounds excessive cash deposits.
I read the Simple FAQ and it turns out that USPS MO mobile deposits post within 1 day, and funds are fully available (vs. several business days with other MOs).
ACH xfers are allowed and free. Bang... two waltz steps into my MS checking acct (which already experiences several MO paper deposits per month). This'll just look like direct deposit.
USPS $1k MO costs $1.60. Adds $0.90 to the equation (vs. WM MO), but is well worth it, IMO.
Unrelated side note: Their marketing & packaging team should get some kudos, for adhering to their namesake. It's hard to get more spartan than Apple products, but Simple succeeded. ^
