Add me to the same boat. My earliest Staples orders will be coming up to 90 days soon and I was hoping that would put them as payable instead of pending. I also have a Pottery Barn order that is still pending. So definitely not limited to gift card purchases for me either. I've used upromise for many holiday inn stays and have never had a problem. Disappointing.
