I'm not kidding - in some parts of the country, VRs are simply not available with a CC (there are no CVS stores period, within hundreds of miles, and all merchants who do sell VRs have their registers hard-coded for cash only).



Only if you can find a place where you can pay with a CC - so that would be pointless (literally).

Different regions/states have it relatively better/worse.
