I'm arriving on UA F, and departing on TG F.
I am a regular at the LH SEN Lounge (*Gold) at Gate B44, which in my opinion is much better than the Maple Leaf Lounge which i visited recently (beg of Jan).

Better drink selection, a nice bar where they provide you with Cocktails, real champagne etc. Also much bigger and more seats.
Food selection overall comparable, slight edge to LH SEN (but depends on your taste I guess).
When I was in the Maple Leaf Lounge it was totally overcrowded, no seat to find. At the same time, the LH SEN lounge was almost empty. SEN lounge seemed much more quiet as well, probably due to the more widespread layout.

Could have been the wrong time (dunno whether a lot of AC flights were about to leave FRA), but really not such a good experience.

The only thing I found excellent in the Maple Leaf lounge were the large american style chocolate chip cookies

But if you have 7h to kill, why not try both ;-)
