You mean, you think their treatment is fair?
Do you think that their contract specifies "you may be asked to stand in line and have your nails inspected, the boss may call you fat, and your mobile may be tapped"?
This is employee harassment, intimidation, and abuse, plain and simple. No one signs up to that in a contract.
