How do you actually buy....one of these reload cards with a CC?
I have been to Walgreens, Office Depot, Walmart, and 7-11. All of them have required me to use cash or debit card to purchase any of the reloadable cards. E.G. vanilla or amex cards.

What is the trick to being able to buy these?

Is it possible to buy one of these with $20 cash, and then start loading them $500 at a time with a CC?
