Dollar at GVA
I've made a reservation at GVA with Dollar, and I'm a little confused by some conflicting information in the confirmation email.
Near the top of the email, it says:
Attention Dollar Rent A Car Customer:
We have expanded our service to you at this location, your Dollar rental will be served at the Hertz counter.
Under Local Policy, it says:
Your reservation will be honored by Thrifty. Counter is in terminal. After getting off of the plane, please follow the "rental cars" sign to arrive at the Thrifty counter. Shuttle bus must be taken to the parking lot to pick up the vehicle.
Anyone have experience renting at this location? I'm assuming that Hertz is the correct company, and they just forgot to update the local policies.
