I'm lucky enough to live within a mile of a BLS center. Made my 9:00-9:10 appt for last week and thought, wow, they seem organized if it has a start and end time. Took about 20 seconds after a google search to realize not so. I only got there at 8:45 and it wasn't until 9:28 that I got my ticket. Somehow my appt time did get honored since I was out of there at 9:45. I was very lucky.

Last night I got an email that my visa has been processed (3 working days) but no mention if it's ready to pick up. I'll wait a few days to stop by during the pick up time (which I'm guessing will also have a 1+ hour wait) to collect the passport. I leave in two weeks so I'm not rushed.
