If you have a confirmed booking you will be reaccomodated on the nearest available flight (even reward bookings). If the new schedule doesn't suit you will be able to cancel for a full refund. Any hotel required would be your responsibility given the advance notice of such changes.

If the new schedule doesn't suit but you don't want to cancel, BA might be less willing to offer reward booking passengers free choice of selecting alternative flights which might be more palatable, but this will depend heavily on the agent you are dealing with.
