Hilton Hotels on Twitter: Better Service?

It makes no difference to me if I'm honest. However, it's always nice to drop them a tweet if the stay has been a good one.

I've never used a Hilton hotel-specific Twitter account for customer service, though the guys at @HiltonHelp are very good IME.
