Grrrr... Communications
My pet hate has happened again. BA has shifted my seat. Yes. I understand curtains move, and good for BA if their premium cabins get bigger.
But why is it, that I get an email confirmation every single time I change a seat myself, but I never get one when BA changes my seat for me? Why do I have to confirm my contact details for every single booking, if they then only use it for meaningless marketing blabla about pre-booking a parking space?
Rant over. Feeling better now.
Oh... And why do I no longer get POUGs on any travel agency bookings? Grrr...
