I always forget to bring the physical golden tickets with me, so I've never actually given one out, though I do have a small pile of them growing on my desk.

I've only sent a well done once, for a very helpful member of the cabin crew. I guess I'm stingy, but I don't file complaints either, so hopefully it evens out.
