(I worked my way through college as 1K/GS consumer care rep. in DTW. We were the ONLY employees who worked in this capacity. I'm always amused when I read various threads in these forums praising the HNL-based 1K/GS consumer care reps, who didn't exist, and then begging for DTW to close. Believe me, I know how much B.S. goes on within this forum.)
