This is completely 100% inaccurate. You have misread the London embassy webpage. I would suggest reviewing it again.
Domestic employees of foreign citizens who are visiting the US require B1 visas (if they are visa nationals, which most of them tend to be). See:

It is not possible to qualify for a B-1 visa if the U.S. citizen employer will reside permanently in the United States, even if the individual concerned has previously been in the citizen's employ abroad.
