Redeem Dividend Miles via Star Alliance at American Off-Peak Rates?

So with the AA/US Merger, and US remaining with Star Alliance until March 30th, I had a question regarding mile redemption.

Currently, I can see on the AA website that if I book a US flight from N. America to Europe in March I can get it at the AA off-peak rate of 20K each way. Since US is still allowing redemption of miles on Star Alliance partners until March 30th, I was wondering if it would be possible to redeem a ticket for that same 20K off-peak rate but using Star Alliance partners?

Is US Airways recognizing all of their flights at the same rate as American currently? I am looking at a PHL>FRA>CDG flight on US/LHT flight which is showing on United at 30K each way. I am fairly doubtful they would allow it, but wondering if anyone has any experience.
