Transactions in the last few days, possibly up to a week, prior to the statement date won't be included in cashback until the next statement. Strange, I know. See if you cut off a few days before if you can match their number. If so, the rest will appear next month. Also, of course you have the $1500 spend limit for 5%, but not likely you hit that in 1 month.
Thanks so much! I had this exact same question. I could tell that numbers weren't matching up to what I expected it to be and was thrilled to see someone else have the same question. I will wait as well for the points to fully post.
