Hilton Hotels on Twitter: Better Service?

I see that 50% percent of Hilton hotels are active on Twitter.
If you have a choice, do you book the Hilton with an active Twitter account?
I have noticed better personal service with these twitter hotels because I am announcing my arrival true twitter.

What are your experiences?
