Agree.

And it is completely useless/unavailable to the transatlantic joint business customers who travel on AA, IB or AY credentials, as well those Siberian joint business customers who travel on JL or IB credentials, but whose feedback BA needs to collect as well.

So much for the JBA's seamlessness!
