I think Priceline is playing tricks.
But it looks like it will be unsuccessful it ETIHAD actually ran through the whole amount many many hours prior and everything was approved.
And I see no problems on ETIHAD's side yet.
I just went into their system and the booking is there, all seats confirmed, and I was able to go into the page to book a chauffeur, modify a ticket, etc.
Again, nothing untoward on ETIHAD's side; I just have to wait a few more days to see that they take their money from my credit card and the "pending" goes to "confirmed".
And I have so many screenshots it will be a nightmare if I have to compile them; but at least I have them.
ps. on my eticket that I downloaded from Etihad...the ISSUING AGENT shows "ETIHAD", so I am going to hope and guess that Priceline is out of this for the moment...
