The problem is that ETIHAD itself charged me and it was approved.

Priceline then...MANY hours later...tries to run through 0.00 and says that an incorrect expiry date was given and asks "DO NOT HONOR"

Fine, but what does that now have to do with ETIHAD?

Their charge went through ages before...and everything is screenshotted and is being screenshotted daily...

I'm sure they don't know exactly how they will play this out yet; looks like they are doing everything they can think of to mitigate as many losses as possible first...
