Yes: no problem at all in J.
As the risk of strung up a bunch of angry adult only flyers, Air Canada J pods are excellent when flying with an infant. Much more space to lie down and in the bed configuration the wall surrounding the seat makes for an enclosed area for an infant to play with toys exc. assuming the parent occupying the seat isn't too big they can just turn around or sit sideways and face the infant.
