What's the best site (in general, not OW specific) to look at flight numbers and transitting cities (i.e., which flights continue to other cities w same flight numbers)?

Thanks in advance.
1. No, the distance between your open jaw cities will not count towards miles traveled.
2. US Airways is not a member of the OneWorld alliance and thus cannot be used for Explorer Awards at this time. They are set to join on March 31st and I doubt you will be able to book any US segments onto an Explorer award before that date.
