To the OP: I think you'll find most in this group agree with you. Inevitably, people will complain about anything though. I've flown all of the majors in the course of my career, and I'll just say that I wished I'd have started flying DL earlier.

Just wait for the AA/US merger... Combine AA's lackluster service and disgruntled workforce with another disgruntled workforce (actually 2 since the HP/US merger is still not complete) and it's a recipe for disAAster.
