Wheelchair assistance is provided by Heathrow Airport Ltd and not British Airways at Heathrow Airport

Unfortunately legislation in the UK requires that the airport authority are responsible for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and not the airlines anymore.

Please do make sure you feedback to BA any failings in the service so that we can take it up with Heathrow Airport Ltd.
