I have been a member for a few years now, in November 2013 I qualified as Gold for the first time, some time ago I requested for the plastic card as I have some reservations still that I booked as Blue, and I have been stung on these before and not gotten the free drink/extra points as the hotels computer systems hadn't been updated with my new status. Problem is, that the card I finally received yesterday says "EXP 2013"! So am I doomed again, this piece of plastic certainly won't have any value?
