Do you really need the help of Aman? It`s quite easy at Grand Canyon. Park your car, take the bus, stop at different viewing Points. Time is short and I would do a night at Grand Canyon (even if El Tovar is not even near to what I expect from a Hotel), but it`s absolutely possible. When I were at Amangiri the organized trips were street robbery.
