Suica and PASMO can both be used on JR, Keisei, subways, other non-JR railways, most buses, vending machines at stations, convenience stores, etc. but the initial purchase price includes a 500 yen deposit. In order to get the deposit refunded in full, you'll have to use up any remaining credit on the card.
