Best thing to do is to buy an IC card at Narita airport station, then you don't need to worry about looking up fare and buying transfer tickets. JR East sells Suica whereas Keisei and the subways sell PASMO.
Suica and PASMO can both be used on JR, Keisei, subways, other non-JR railways, most buses, vending machines at stations, convenience stores, etc. but the initial purchase price includes a 500 yen deposit. In order to get the deposit refunded in full, you'll have to use up any remaining credit on the card.
