No problem to access lounge in YYZ and CDG with your transatlantic J-class ticket, even if the LYS sector is in Y. I believe there is also a small lounge (patio lounge) in LYS but nothing to write home about. If your connection time is sufficient (>2-2.5 hrs), you can go to the arrival lounge in 2C which has nicer shower facilities.
So to summarize :
- YYZ-CDG-LYS : lounge access in YYZ and CDG 2F (and 2C arrival lounge)
- LYS-CDG-YYZ : lounge access in LYS (if the so-called lounge still exists) and CDG 2E
