I maintain my plan would sort out hand baggage on all flights
No hand luggage larger than a small laptop bag for anyone but GGL and above, regardless of the cabin.
I'd be willing to consider an option where people could pay a fee (say £50) to bring a piece of luggage on board, pretty much any size.
This would be great for me, I'd love to bring some large pieces of equipment in the cabin rather than put them in the hold, £50 is a bargain in these cases.
