TSA Precheck - which number to enter onto ticket file (pnr) of airline

I am a Canadian resident, and I have a US based frequent traveler card (ie nexus/Global Entry) which I obtained 9 months ago. Normally, when I fly between Canada and USA, I fly on Air Canada - foreign based airlines are not (yet) part of the TSA Precheck program.

But in a few days I will be flying from San Diego to Ottawa via PHL on US Airways.

I have the US based traveler card - and it a few numbers on the card. Which number do I enter onto the US Airways ticket file? Or to put it another way, where on the card it is; how many numbers or characters do I add to the ticket file; does this frequent traveler number include on numbers or also letters?
