If I were to come across a (reasonably priced) workout facility in an airport, I would use it. Perhaps even as part of an airline lounge.

That said, aside from the Westin DTW (outside of security, but in the terminal itself), I've not run across one.

Any thoughts why this concept has not caught on? Or if it has, where?
