At a minimum you need to get them flying with family members who can manage them through the airport (stressful for those who take on this responsibility).
Agree to have a family member coming along. My granny 94 years old went last year with my mother to WAW, this was however from MMX with a LCC. All went well especially having somebody you know coming along. Oh, also babcia stayed up until 6am at the wedding
