There is one in my Minneapolis-St.Paul 2014 book. $10. I couldn't safely speak for all locations so presented it as a guess. You'll have to check your own book if you have one.
For hotels, when one has a longer stay, sometimes bidding and booking just one night will let you see what you get. And then you can go ahead and book the rest of the stay. Of course there is no guarantee the other nights will be the same, but it improves the odds.
Might work for a rental car? Up to you.
They seem to all be getting very pushy on options and insurance. Actually, I think the on-line insurance of $11 a day offered by Priceline (or Hotwire, I'm not sure which) is a reasonable deal. And then just say "no" to the rest and bring the car back with the gas tank full.
I wouldn't count on a hard-paper Dollar coupon working if you paid through Hotwire.
In my experience, either PL bidding or taking the best Hotwire most likely will give you the best deal available, and will save you all that research and agonizing.
