My apologies for the inconvenience, but if you booked via spg.com, they should be eligible. You can only be given credit for three rooms, including yours, provided you are the registered guest and pay for all charges associated with them. If you want to get a definitive answer, you should send the folios for three rooms documenting that you both paid and stayed to Program Services as attachments in an email sent to
[email protected]. They will do the necessary research and make any adjustments that are necessary, but please allow up to 10 business days.
Also (different situation), I am a Platinum 75 Starwood, and was told I did not get the additional starpoints with Delta Air points because I have no status with Delta. Is this right? Booked with my SPG Amex.
If by this you mean earning Starpoints from an eligible Starwood stay and being a registered participant in Crossover Rewards, the FAQ says this:
Can Delta SkyMiles members who are not Medallion members earn miles through Crossover Rewards for Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels?
No. If you are registered for Crossover Rewards and you are not a Medallion member, you will not be able to earn miles for Eligible Stays at SPG Participating Hotels through Crossover Rewards.
