I booked 4 hotel stays for myself and 3 others (that work for me) at a meeting in New Orleans. We stayed at 3 different SPG properties, all booked online at SPG.com. One stay was ruled ineligible after 4 phone calls to Platinum Concierge. Got 2 different reasons on 4 calls- 1) did not stay myself in that room. 2) it was an ineligible rate ($139 x 3 nights).

Also (different situation), I am a Platinum 75 Starwood, and was told I did not get the additional starpoints with Delta Air points because I have no status with Delta. Is this right? Booked with my SPG Amex.
