Two questions on Hotwire cars:
1. Is there such thing as a Hotwire car rental coupon code/discount? (google doesn't lead to any. The closest I found was expired Paypal $20 promo)
2. Found $245 deal for 10-day minivan rental. Says guaranteed Alamo, National, Hertz, Dollar or Thrifty...But checking all of their sites doesn't come close to that deal. How to establish WHICH one?
