The fee just posted for me today.

I am trying to wait to move 45k in points to a program that makes sense (Not opening another amex and wont be until next AOR in a few months, poor planning here). Hoping for a transfer bonus up until this point but nothing for BA or good program has come about.

My question is, how long until I can cancel with no penalty and get a full refund of the 450$ fee?

If I have not paid the fee and I call to cancel will they just waive the fee and close the account?
