But, in the end, I still ended up with nice seats, waiting in the airport cafes instead of the lounges was not the end of the world, and I arrived in good spirits.
Good for you! I, on the other hand, enjoy beeing pampered in a First-class lounge, op-upped to a better cabin, greeted onboard, getting fast track immigration and security and often having more attention compared to what I had without status. But it's a free world...
