A couple of years ago we were in London, and my digital camera (which I had in a little pouch on my belt) came undone. Couldn't find it anywhere in the room, so I talked with the front desk on the off chance ...
Well, the desk clerk phoned L&F, asked me a couple of questions about the camera, and shortly a gentleman came up with a little bag. I stuck my hand it and was able to identify the camera immediately (it was a bit of an unusual shape). Come to poppa.
Now that's what I call pretty good service and, apparently, a well-oiled system.
