I do click on the "duplicata de facture", but I usually get a reply that it is impossible. Could have to do with my HK location. Some companies/countries will simply not accept the ticket receipt with cost indication as a proof. They require the invoice.
I don't know if it is linked to your HKG location. On my side, I never had any problem receiving the invoice.
