Was able to book March 8 2014 one way CMB-DFW (o/w) $946 F and B class mix. AMEX shown the transaction as POSTED/APPROVED-but EY sent email saying 'cc error has occured - your eticket has been cancelled)
Since we cannot call EY, how would I get a refund? It's charged on my AMEX already. Any suggestions? thanks
